BEST ANSWER: It's a knit tank. I think they're great! Soft, wash well, great colors & well proportioned. I especially like the side slits which give extra room around the hips.

is the neckline higher in the back then the front?

BEST ANSWER: Yes, it is. The back only has a slight curve to it. For my large size one, the center front neckline is about 3.5" lower than the back neckline
It says 16 colors--only 10 are shown. What about teal?

I am 5'3 and 165lbs. Sometimes Petites hit me at just the wrong place, and Reg Larges can be too long. Trying to decide which size I should order in the essential tops because I want to order several colors. I am concerned about gaping armpits. Any advice?

BEST ANSWER: These essential tanks are a wonderful cotton/poly blend; they are not the linen look tank. I have a dozen or more of them and I absolutely love them. They fit great (including around the armholes), and wash beautifully. I hang to dry; I don't put in the dryer but that is just my preference for most of my clothes.
