BEST ANSWER: The only label is Draper's & Damon. It's made in the US of imported fabric.
The only color available in my size is navy blue. The color on the computer looks grayish-black. Is it a true navy? Will the other colors be available soon?

BEST ANSWER: The one I bought was cobalt. It is somewhat close to saphire blue. Very nice color. I have not seen the navy one. Navy was not offered when I bought my dress last fall. Love the dress. Can be worn for any occasion.
