Account Assistance

If you have forgotten your password, we will ask you to answer the password recovery question you selected when setting up your account. Upon entering the correct answer, your password will be emailed to you immediately.

If you have registered with Draper's & Damon's, you may update your password and/or email address at any time. Please select My Account to login and select My Information to change my password and email.

Some items on our website are shipped directly from the manufacturer and are labeled as such on the product information page. If you order multiple items, the product shipped from the manufacturer will ship seperately via standard delivery. Unfortunately these items can only be shipped within the continental United States so please make sure if you are in AK, HI, and other US territories you check that items you order are not from a supplier.

Mail Payments

If you prefer to mail your order in, we accept checks and money orders in addition to all of the major credit cards.

If you are a registered Draper's and Damon's user you can set up your account to automatically remember your shipping and billing information for a speedy checkout. If you don't currently have a Draper's account but want to speed up your checkout process you can register here.

We ship to PO Boxes within the 48 contiguous states and APO/FPO addresses. However, we can only ship items via standard shipping. We can ship to AK, HI, and US territories for an additional $8.99 charge for standard shipping.

Some items on our website require an additional shipping charge sue to size and/or weight. These items are noted as such on the product information page. Additionally, these products will not ship to PO Boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, or APO's/FPO's.

Yes! You can ship items on your order to multiple addresses. Please be aware that a seperate shipping cost is calculated for each delivery address. In order to ship to multiple addresses:

Returns, Exchanges, & Refunds

Draper's Return Policy

We'll gladly provide an exchange or refund your purchase price (excluding discounts, and any shipping and handling charges) for items returned in their original condition within 180 days after you receive them. For products returned in original condition within 60 days of when they were received, refunds will be made in your original form of payment equal to your original purchase price (excluding discounts, and any shipping and handling charges). For products returned in original condition after 60 days of when they were received, you will receive a merchandise credit certificate equal to your original purchase price (excluding discounts, and any shipping and handling charges), which will be good toward a future purchase at Draper's & Damon's.

Please note: unless defective or damaged in shipment, intimate apparel cannot be returned. Swimwear can only be returned if liner is attached.

When you recieve your package the invoice for your order will have a return form at the bottom. Please complete your return information including the reason for returning and enclose it with your return. If you cannot locate your invoice, you can print a copy by selecting Account History from My Account. If your return is a gift, please fill out the box marked gift return.

You may use your original packaging material to make your return. Please be sure to remove any labels affixed to the package or cover the original address label to avoid any confusion.

Using Our Return Label

This is our most convenient return option. You pay nothing up front. When your return is received, we will deduct a charge of $9.99.

  • Fill out the return form at the bottom of your invoice
  • Package your item(s) and remove or cover the original label
  • Affix the pre-paid, pre-addressed label to your package. No postage required
  • Drop your package in the U.S. Mail - at home, or work, in any mailbox, or at the Post Office
  • Once received a charge of $9.99 will be deducted from your return/exchange

Returning on Your Own

If you would like, you can use the delivery service of your choice to the address listed below. For your protection, please return by insured mail and be sure to save your receipt for your records. We strongly encourage insuring your package if you choose this option. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for credits to process on your credit card.

How much does it cost?

The first 30 days of your membership will be at the introductory cost of $1.99. After your first 30 day trial, your membership will automatically continue for just $14.97 a month, and will be charged to the credit card you authorized when you enrolled.

Cancellations

Draper's Credit Card Information

This is the financial institution that issues the Draper's & Damon's Credit Card. Comenity Capital Bank and Draper's & Damon's have partnered to bring you the benefits and service you deserve, and make shopping at Draper's & Damon's even easier on you and your budget.

Your social security number and date of birth are obtained so Comenity Capital Bank may verify your identity and complete your application.

While Comenity Capital Bank can process your application without all of the requested data, the omission of information could delay the application process and could affect the decision regarding your application.

When you apply online, in most cases, you will see instantly if you've been approved and what your credit limit is. If you are not immediately approved online, you will see a message explaining the application is under further review and that you will be contacted by mail within approximately ten (10) business days. When you apply by phone you'll receive your new card in the mail within 2 weeks if you are approved. If you are not immediately approved, you will be notified by mail within approximately ten (10) business days.

Draper's & Damon's has taken measures to ensure the security of all transactions involving personal information. We require a "secure session" using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption technology for all such transactions. During a secure session, data passed back and forth between your computer and our system is encrypted to prevent a third party from intercepting it. When you choose to access your account information, you'll be taken to the website operated by Comenity Capital Bank, the credit card issuer. (Since it isn't operated by Draper's & Damon's, it will require a separate login.) You will be able to check your current account status, including: credit limit, balance, available credit, minimum payment amount and due date, padt due amount, last payment amount and date posted, list of your authorized buyers and detailed statement history. You may also pay your Draper's & Damon's Credit Card Account bill online.

Once you log into your Draper's & Damon's Credit Card Account and have secured access to your information, you will be able to make changes to your personal information, add authorized buyers to your account or request a credit limit increase.

It may take up to two business days to complete your online payment. A successful online payment will cause a debit on your checking account and a payment on your Draper's & Damon's Credit Card Account in the time specified when you submitted your payment.

No. Comenity Capital Bank does not currently offer the ability to schedule when a payment can be withdrawn. Once a payment is keyed on Comenity Capital Bank's system, it will be withdrawn from your checking account within two business days.

No. There is currently no fee associated with using Comenity Capital Bank's online payment feature.

If you access your account online at comenity.net/drapers and have provided your email address to Comenity Capital Bank, you will receive an email reminder when your statement is ready to view. The email will contain a link that allows you to securely click through and sign into your Draper's & Damon's Credit Card Account Center to view your statement, payment due date, and make payments.

Currently, Comenity Capital Bank does not offer the ability to schedule regular online payments to be withdrawn from your checking account on a monthly basis.

The Comenity Capital Bank Credit Card Agreement is your agreement with the Draper's & Damon's Credit Card issuer, Comenity Capital Bank.

Credit Card Benefits & Rewards

You will earn a $10 rewards certificate for every $150 you spend on your Draper's & Damon's Credit Card.

Once you've reached at least $150 in purchases, you'll receive your rewards certificates on your next monthly billing statement.

Look for your rewards certificate on your monthly billing statement. There is a rewards certificate number and expiration date unique to you on the front of the certificate.

Rewards certificates expire 90 days after issuance.

Each purchase total is valid towards a rewards certificate for 1 year after the purchase date. If you haven't earned a rewards certificate within 1 year of a purchase, that particular purchase will no longer count toward a rewards certificate.

Use your rewards certificate just like a gift card to shop Draper's & Damon's. To redeem online, enter your rewards certificate number in the reward certificate field at checkout. To redeem on the phone, call 1-866-654-2195 and provide your rewards certificate number to the customer service representative.

Yes, rewards certificates are treated just like a gift card payment type. That means that you can combine your rewards certificate with any other promotion you have for extra savings on your order.

Gift Cards

We offer gift cards that are mailed to you once purchased. You can purchase a gift card online or through our customer service line.

Please Note: We no longer offer e-gift cards. If you have an e-gift card you are still able to redeem the card online.

At checkout, please use the payment option called Redeem a Gift Card or Certificate. Enter the Gift Card or Certificate number. You may apply up to 3 Gift Cards or Certificates to your order.

Unfortunately we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen gift cards.

If your order total is more than the value of your gift card, enter a credit card number for the remaining balance of the payment. If your order is less than the value of your gift card, the balance will remain on your gift card for a future purchase.

You will receive an e-mail confirming that the gift card was sent to the recipient and informing you of the amount charged to your credit card.

You will receive a credit check sent to the name and address the merchandise was shipped to.

    2. The categories of personal information we have collected, disclosed, and sold about you in the past 12 months.
  • We will confirm receipt of your verifiable request for the Right to Know within 10 days.

We will try to respond to your request within 45 days. The 45-day period will begin on the day we receive your verifiable request. If necessary, we may take an additional 45 days to respond to your verifiable request, for a maximum of 90 days total - if the added 45-day period is needed, we will provide notice and explanation of why the extension is required.

Under the CCPA, we have the right to deny your request if we cannot verify your identity. Once you submit your verified request, we will match the personal information you may have provided to our internal records. We will send you correspondence regarding your request to delete within the timeframe outlined above. In the correspondence, we will specify the way the personal information was deleted.

Draper's & Damon's may share the personal information it has collected about you to its service providers. Please note, even if Service Providers are notified of your request, the CCPA provides several exemptions from the Right to Deletion allowing the Service Providers to keep records of your personal information even though you requested the personal information be deleted.
